ASHI Certified Inspector # 251770
Everyone knows someone they would describe as "detail-oriented," "super picky," and so on. I'm that guy!
I grew up in a hardware store that made window shades and screens from scratch, cut glass and mixed paint, well before the days of computers. I've literally been in the building materials industry since age six.
Years later, my parents' business changed to flooring. This led to a career in the flooring industry, with a strong focus on its technical aspects. After college and a year of law school, I found that inspecting homes is far more gratifying than endless hours writing legal documents and something I am truly passionate about. I'm one of those people who walks into a restaurant and (in the back of my mind) will notice if the crown moulding has been installed upside down. I'm just like that. Now, I can bring that level of detail recognition to you, my client.
